"Being Yourself" Workshop
February 8th, 2026

What if the healthiest way to live is simply to be yourself?
In this day and age, the vast majority of health issues are tied into a person's stress levels. And stress has become normalized in our society. However, there is a significant difference between normal and natural in our lives.. and stress is not natural nor is it healthy.
Our natural state is one of wellbeing, restfulness, care for oneself and others, kindness, compassion, patience, abundance, expansion, peace, understanding, creativity, wisdom, playfulness, and intuitive intelligence. It is also a state in which the body can innately heal as it should, when in a state of balance.
Some studies have shown that the average human being in the West thinks 40,000-60,000 thoughts per day, and 90-95% of them being the same as the day before. Believing the same thoughts leads to the same emotional reactions, biochemical cascades in the brain and body that lead to the same experience of life, day after day. Many people are actually addicted to stress, whether they consciously realize it or not. And many get used to living this way mentally, emotionally, and physically. And living this way can lead to conditions in the body such as low energy levels, excessive muscle tension, depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances, high blood pressure, adrenal fatigue, heart issues, digestive problems, and more.
In my experience so far, both personally and professionally, I have come to see that no stressful thought is actually true when brought into inquiry, and every single one of them creates a stress response in the body.I have also come to see, that each and every one of these thoughts is borrowed (generationally, from society, etc). And all of these thoughts seem to be about being more or less of something/ someone, being someone you are not inherently or naturally.
Lastly, I have come to see that we have an infinite innate capacity to heal in all ways when these ways of thinking and living are worked with! And it is certainly easier, healthier, and more fulfilling and enjoyable to live as yourself than trying to be someone you're not.
If this resonates with you, please join me in my home on Sunday February 8th 2026 from 10am-4pm for a restorative and insightful deeper dive into what it really means and feels like to be yourself!
